      Description

      To reproduce:

      1. Go to the question bank (e.g. https://qa.moodle.net/question/edit.php?courseid=2)
      2. Click the edit icon for a question on a grey row (might also happen on the white rows).
      3. Save changes.

Expected result: The question you just edited is highlighed, but easy to read.

Actual result: The question is shown pale blue on green, which does not have enough contrast to be accessible.
