Login as user one. Open messaging panel, click contacts, search for user two, send them a contact request. Login as user two Open the messaging panel, view the pending contact request and decline it. CONFIRM You don't see an exception message. Log out and then back in View the conversation with user one again CONFIRM that you aren't presenting with the "contact request" dialogue (i.e. when you declined the request previously, it worked.)
