      Description

The left hand column of the grader report with the user details for each row should not scroll off the screen. It is supposed to "stick" to the left hand side.

In Moodle 3.6 this row does not "stick" and completely scrolls off the screen.

It does start working if you scroll up or down. On 35 it works when you scroll in both directions.
