Grader report misalignment

      1. Log in as Admin.
      2. Create a Course.
      3. Add multiple (so the horizontal scroll is activated) activities in the Course.
      4. Enrol several Users.

      Test 1 (MDL-64142 still works as expected)

      1. Go to the Course's Grader report (Course navigation menu > Grade).
      2. In the Grader report table
        1. make sure a horizontal scroll is displayed.
      3. Scroll horizontally from left to right:
        1. make sure the left hand column does not scroll but stays fixed.

      Test 2

      1. Go to the Course's Grader report (Course navigation menu > Grade).
      2. Extend the width of the browser window ( > 2000px) 
        1. make sure the page is not misaligned.

      Test 3

      1. Create another course with several users enrolled but no activities
      2. Go to the Course's Grader report (Course navigation menu > Grade).
        1. Confirm that the page is not misaligned

      To replicate (for me at least) -

      1. Create course.
      2. Enrol student.
      3. Add assignment.
      4. Grade student.
      5. Visit the 'Grader report'.

      That being said, others can not replicate it, and others can, so there must need to be some certain condition. It only seems to affect the 'Grader report' so I suspect MDL-64142 has something to do with it.

      EDIT - discovered that this happens when you extend the browser window past a certain size.
