Link the user image avatar with his profile

    • Testing Instructions:

      Prerequisite
      1. A site with at least two users.
      2. 'Allow site-wide messaging' enabled.
        • You can enable this feature in Site Administration > Advanced features (Allow site-wide messaging).
        • Or you can define this feature in your config.php adding this line:
          • $CFG->messagingallusers=true;
      3. Please, purge the caches of your Moodle.
        • You can purge the caches in Site Administration > Development > Purge caches.
        • Or you can do using command line from your Moodle directory:
          • $php admin/cli/purge_caches.php
      Test 1.
      1. Search for a user and click on their name.
      2. Click on '...' in the top right and select info.
      3. Confirm clicking on their picture takes you to their profile.

      Description

      At Moodle 3.5 the user image of messages link with his profile. At moodle 3.6 user image isn't link. 

      I think it's better to be linked with the profile.
