The content in the Grader report table is partly covered by the scrollbar in RTL mode

      Prerequisites

      • Must use Windows or Linux.
      • Create 'M' size test course (Site administration > Development > Make test course)
        NOTE: DEVELOPER debugging  should be set prior (Go to Site administration > Development > Debugging)
      • Install a RTL language (ex. Hebrew) (Site administration > Language > Language packs)

      Test

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Go to the test course
      3. Go to Grades page and make sure that the Grader report is displayed.
      4. There should be a vertical and horizontal scrollbar in the browser.
      5. Activate the RTL language.
      6. Scroll the page horizontally from right to left (with both 'Editing on' and 'Editing off')
        1. confirm that the vertical scrollbar do not partially cover (hide) the content in the grader table

      NOTE: Test this on every supported browser.

      The content in the Grader report table (specifically the content in the user columns) is partly covered by the vertical scrollbar in RTL mode when horizontally scrolling the page.

      This issue is only reproducible in specific operative systems such as Linux, Windows (not in MacOS)

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a Medium size course.
      2. Add and activate a RTL language.
      3. Navigate to Course administration > Grades and select "Grader report" if not selected.
      4. Horizontally scroll (right to left) the page (with Turn editing on and Turn editing off).

      Expected result:

      • You should be able to see the full table content at all times

      Current result (see attached files):

      • The vertical scrollbar partly covers the content in the user columns and header.
