The new Moodle 3.6 dashboard blocks allow course cards to be in one row and supports showing 1 to 5 of these cards depending on the container size.

On Macos scrollbars for these blocks are hidden by default and there is no hinting the block support horizontal scrolling.

The original designs for the dashboard blocks showed a back / next button which were not implemented due to time restrictions for the Moodle 3.6 release.

This issue has been created to work on a better solution for horizontal scrolling UX.
