"Run now" button has vanished in Server > Scheduled tasks screen

    Description

      As above... 

      Well, I know why but I had to dig through the code to find it. The PHP CLI path has to be set now but I can't think of any way anybody would possible know/guess that. 

      It's NOT mentioned in the release notes. 

      Something like a greyed out "run now" with a tool tip would be all it would take. 

      As it stands, I feel this is a regression.
