The comments report should include links to user profiles

      1. Create some comments.
        1. In a course add the comments block.
        2. Log in as different students and make comments on the block.
      2. Log in as the admin.
      3. Go to the comments report.
        1. Site administration > reports > comments
      4. Check that the names of the authors have links.
      5. Click on a link and check that it goes to the author's profile.

      The comments report in Site Administration / Reports / Comments would be a lot more useful if user names were links to profiles. An admin could then easily contact the user who added a particular comment, or in the case of a spam comment, suspend the user's account.
