Rubric doesn't display well in Boost (and other themes)

      1. Add a rubric to an assignment with 10 "levels".
      2. Verify that the editing and previewing interface for the rubric shows scroll bars just around the rubric table. Verify this at different screen sizes.
      3. Grade a student using the rubric.
      4. Verify that the grading table for the rubric shows scroll bars just around the rubric table. Verify this at different screen sizes.
      5.  Login as the student and view the feedback.
      6. Verify that the feedback table for the rubric shows scroll bars just around the rubric table. Verify this at different screen sizes.

      Attempt to Add 6 levels.

      You will find that you can only add 5 because the max width of .gradingform_rubric is only 720px, and the Add Level button is obscured.
