File format selection lists formatted poorly in Moodle 3.5, 3.6 in Boost

      Please test this on both themes Clean and Boost

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Create a new course C1
      3. Create a new quiz in course C1 and name it Test Quiz
      4. Open the quiz and click the gear icon in the top right
      5. Select the "Import" option
      6. Verify the file format options look like a list and the help icons are shown within the option line.

      "File format" selection lists (e.g., Import questions from file) are formatted poorly in Moodle 3.5 and 3.6 (in Boost). The question mark icons break to a new line, when they should follow the label and remain on the same line. This issue appears to have been introduced in Moodle 3.5.
