"Change user" field overlaps on the student's email and assignment due date

      Theme : Boost (make sure you've cleared the cache before testing). Test on Clean as well on 36.

      1. Log in as Admin. 
      2. Create a Course.
      3. Enrol a Student and a Teacher in the Course.
      4. Create an Assignment with "Online text" and "File submissions" enabled.
      5. Set a 'Due date' to something in the future
      6. Login as student and submit a PDF file.
      7. Login as a teacher and grade the submission.
      8. Resize the window so it is narrow and verify the layout of the grading screen.
        Observe the screen.
        • make sure the "Change user" field does not overlaps on the student's email and assignment due date.
