I'm interested in sending an email to all the registered users who didn't enroll to any course.

Using Site administration->Users->Accounts->Bulk user->actions you can filter all the user with a student roll. If an inversion option for the filter is added, my query can be done.

I looked in the forums buy couldn't find a good answer so I'm posting here.
