[Teacher]  Create an assignment with the 'Hide Grader' option on and 'Attempts reopened' to 'manual' [Teacher]  Grade a student submission (they don't need to actually submit a file to test this.) [Teacher] Give the user another attempt (click 'edit' -> 'allow another attempt') and then grade that new attempt (so they now have 2 attempts with grades.) [Student] Visit the 'View Submission' page. Verify the grader's name is not shown on the page in the previous attempts list.   [Teacher]  set 'Hide Grader' option off [Student] Visit the 'View Submission' page. Verify the grader's name is shown on the page in the previous attempts list and in the current attempt.
