      Ensure that travis is passing 100%. With this details:

      • MySQL PHPUnit is only run for PHP 7.3.
      • PHP 7.1 PHPUnit doesn't have any "redis" test skipped.
      • PHP 7.2 and 7.3 PHPUnit have 8 "core_session_redis_testcase" tests skipped.
