Site administration category names overlap

      1. Login and go to the Site administration.
      2. Resize the window to a smaller screensize (>576px and <594px with collapsed navdrawer).
      3. Here you see that the 'Competencies' category now is overflowing to the items beside it .
      4. Select the Plugins tab.
      5. See same result in 'Authentication' category is overflowing like step 3.
      6. Apply the patch
      7. Purge caches
      8. Repeat steps 1-5

      Expected after step 3: 'Competencies' is broken onto two lines

      Replication steps

      1. Login and go to the Site administration.
      2. Resize the window to a smaller screensize (>576px and <594px with collapsed navdrawer).
      3. Here you see that the Competencies category overlaps.
      4. Select now the Plugins tab.
      5. See same bug in Authentication category as before.

      Expected result

      Longer single words should break on to a new line.

      Actual result

      Longer single words overlap and are not broke.
