Include links to user profiles in all the reports

      While reviewing MDL-64339 I've realised some of the reports have the link to the user profile (i.e. logs) and others don't (i.e. Config changes).

      We should review them to make sure all the reports have the same behaviour (I would expect they have the link to the user profile).
