Deleting of feedback question and deleting of user tour step both result in 404

      1. Login as admin
      2. Access to a course (you can use some existing one or create a new one, as you prefer)
      3. Create a feedback activity
      4. Access to the "Edit questions" tab
      5. Create a question (i.e. Numeric question)
      6. Delete the question
        1. Confirm you're not redirected to the  $CFG->wwwroot/mod/feedback/undefined page
        2. Confirm the question is deleted
      7. Open Site administration -> Appearance -> User tours
      8. Edit a user tour
      9. Delete a step of the user tour
        1. Confirm that the step was deleted
      10. Delete a tour
        1. Confirm that the tour was deleted

      When selecting a feedback question for delete, one is presented a dialog confirming deletion, and after selecting Yes the page returns a 404 with an undefined in the added bar at the end of the URL.

      This also happens with deleting a user tour step.

      I'm including them together in the thought they might be related. I could find no errors in the logs.

      I've confirmed this behavior also on the demo site. 

      1. Create a new user tour
      2. Create a new step
      3. Delete the step

       

      1. Create a new course
      2. Make it a single activity (probably not required)
      3. Make it feedback activity
      4. Edit questions
      5. Add question
      6. Delete the question
