Composer deprecation warnings

      Pre-requisite: Ensure that you are using composer 1.8.1 or newer. That can be done by executing php composer.phar --version. It should show a modern enough version. For example:

      Composer version 1.9-dev (d788c67547708248e843d2feabeb16b20b35a618) 2019-02-11 09:52:53

      Note: This is easier to do with MDK.

      1. Run the following command: mdk phpunit
      2. Confirm that you don't see the deprecation warnings mentioned in this issue's description.

      I'm seeing the following deprecation warnings when initialising PHPUnit or Behat:

      Deprecation warning: require-dev.phpunit/dbUnit is invalid, it should not contain uppercase characters. Please use phpunit/dbunit instead. Make sure you fix this as Composer 2.0 will error.
      		 
      Deprecation warning: require-dev.mikey179/vfsStream is invalid, it should not contain uppercase characters. Please use mikey179/vfsstream instead. Make sure you fix this as Composer 2.0 will error.
