PDF Annotation on mobile device (moodle web version, not app) don't scroll

      Description

      When you open the PDF Annotation on an assign in a small screen (iPhone, android, etc...) the scroll doesn't appear and you can't scroll down.

      With the boost and clean themes and with 3.5.3 and 3.6 (demo.moodle.net) versions
