Test in Clean and Boost.

As the user go to the dashboard

Verify the Course name/Last accessed sort selector has no "sort by" label any more

Description

In the course overview block, there is a dropdown which can be used to sort the list of courses. This dropdown is prefixed with "Sort by". As it is the only dropdown in the head of this block, this textual prefix looks somehow misplaced.

I would propose to remove the "Sort by" text and add the .fa-long-arrow-down icon to the dropdown instead, similar to what has been proposed in ~~MDL-64746~~.
