Go to a course as a teacher

Open the course menu

Hover the mouse cursor over the icon in to the "More..." menu entry

Verify no "alt text" is shown on hover for the icon.

Description

It should be because it's an issue to include the same text twice. This is a followup from ~~MDL-62680~~.
