For student and staff support, it is sometimes useful to have a log of emails successfully sent out (test mode, smtp error, proof of sending, etc).

As a user, I should be able to view the history of send mails (to me) from my profile page.
As an admin, I should be able to:
- view history of send mails
- make search on this history
- see sending issues
- choose to be alerted of sending issues
