Goals

AJAX counting is more precise than Java Scrip counting.

User Stories 

As a teacher, I should be able to use the character count functionality in every object, that uses a html editor.

As a student, I should be able to see the number of characters at runtime.

As a student, when I submit a quiz that contains an essay question with character limitation, the system should refuse the quiz to be submitted.
