If the Submission types without Online text function is deactivated, no Submission grade to pass and Assessment grade to pass can be stored after saving.
If a Submission grade to pass and Assessment grade to pass has been defined with Online text, then "passing" is saved.
If you save without Submission types without Online text, then the passing values are gone.
After a new change to with Online text and save, the passing values are set to 0.
