Import the CSV file attached.

Confirm the framework is imported and no progress bar is displayed (unless the import takes more than 5 seconds on your site).

The import competency framework page displays a progress bar and immediately and never updates it.

Instead of forcing the progress bar to display it should use the default wait 5 seconds before starting.
