Repeat this for every question type. Essay, Matching, Multi-Choice, Numerical, Short Answer, True/False
1. Create a Course, Topic and add a Lesson to a Topic.
2. Add a question page, select the type of question. Add some answers to the question.
3. Go back end edit the lesson answer.
4. Navigate to the SQL table moodle.mdl_lesson_answers and verify the timemodified column has been updated.

When modifying a lesson page answer the content is modified but the 'timemodified' stamp is never updated.
