      Description

Currently, the help text of the grade display type is sometimes a bit misleading.

      1. It gets not clear at first sight, that the option letter, refers to the letters settings menu in the gradebook settings.
      2. If the grade type scale is used, users struggle with the settings of a correct display type, since the three grade display type options are not really self explanatory in this regard. Also the help text does not account for that.
      3. If the grade type text is used, the grade display type does not change anything at what is displayed to the user.

The provided patch accounts for these three things by:

      1. and 2. Improving the help text for the grade display type.

      3. disabling the grade display type in case the grade type is text.
