This is an MUA Project Proposal for the Jan - Jun 2019 project cycle.
The majority of teachers go to their course page to make changes. Or they want to instantly view the status of their course. Making them click Turn Editing On should be a choice, not a requirement. Likewise, on the grader report, teachers normally want to be able to edit directly and should not have to click on the Editing On button every session.
As a teacher, I should be able to set or change a preference where Editing Mode is on by default on all my course pages and grader reports. If set by admin at the site level, I should be able to turn it off.
As an admin, I should be able to set a global setting where Editing Mode is on by default for all teachers on all courses and grader reports.
