Provide a "More info" link to extend the information available for the different analytics elements in core

      1. Log in as admin and go to site admin > analytics > analytics models
      2. Press on Create model (or on New > Create model)
      3. Press the Target help button, it SHOULD contain a More help link with an icon. Follow the More help link, you SHOULD be forwarded to https://docs.moodle.org/37/en/Targets
      4. Press the Indicators help button, it SHOULD contain a More help link with an icon. Follow the More help link, you SHOULD be forwarded to https://docs.moodle.org/37/en/Indicators

      This issue is about making sure that users are well informed when using the analytics tool.

      The create / edit model page includes some elements which meaning is not clear from a simple and short description (e.g. the text of a select box's option). Targets and Time splitting methods fields already have a help text to explain what they are. We should provide a link to a Moodle Docs page where more info about the available options is displayed.
