Add in page forum post replying

      Behat and unit tests provided/updated.

      Testing instructions:

      1. Create a course
      2. Create a teacher and student enrolled into the same course
      3. As a teacher, create a new forum in the course with default settings
      4. Create a discussion in the forum.
      5. As as a student, go to the course and forum created.
      6. Select the discussion created
      7. When you click 'Reply', confirm a simple form shows below the discussion. 
      8. Enter some content in the textarea and submit 
      9. Confirm the reply just entered appears below the discussion
      10. Confirm the page jumps to the reply you just entered.
      11. Click the 'Reply' button on the content in #8
      12. Select the 'Advanced' link and confirm you get redirected to the old reply page. 

      Repeat the steps with the different displays available.

      Additional checks:
      With Display options: "Display replies flat, with newest first" AND "Display replies flat, with oldest first", confirm the newly created reply is shown at the top and bottom of the list of replies respectively, immediately after the first post.

    Description

      Acceptance criteria:

      • It is possible to reply to discussion posts without losing my current location within the discussion.
      • It is possible to include a file attachment when replying to posts in this fashion.
      • If I need to write a more detailed response, I can open the “Advanced” editor.
      • When opening the “Advanced” editor, any content I have written is carried over.
      • After creating my discussion reply content, the new content is added to the discussion view immediately.
