Overview

The filtering of the participants page should be improved by the possibility to combine the filters.

• It should be possible to select more filters of the same type (e.g. filter for users that belong to "Group 1" and "Group 2")
• It should be possible to add also other logical connections than the default AND connection

This also helps to address all required users for messaging with the modal messaging dialogue (as there is no option to add other users anymore).

Goals

Already existing filters should be able to be combined with the selection a user made. This needs the UI to be extended by more options and in the backend additional database queries must be implemented.

Use cases

As a user who can access the participants page, I should be able to combine filter operations and choose the logical connection of them (AND, OR etc.). So I can reduce the list of participants to match only those users who meet my (more complex) search criteria.
