Incorrect text-formatting in mod_forum_get_forum_discussion_posts and others

      Prerequisite
      1. Moodle mobile app.
      2. Your Moodle mobile app should be able to connect to your Moodle website. You can either do the following:
        • Ensure that the phone with the mobile app and the web server are on the same network. Or
        • Expose the web server over the internet via ngrok.
      Test
      1. As admin, enable "Mobile services": Site administration ► Mobile app ► Mobile settings
      2. Enable the following security setting "Enable trusted content"
      3. Create in a course a forum
      4. As admin, create a new discussion in the forum, add the following html text in the disccussion: <button>This is a button</button>
      5. Now, as a normal student, reply to that discussion with the same HTML text (please, use the Advance forum mode)
      6. You will notice that the teacher message displays the button while the student not (this is expected)
      7. Access to the site via the Mobile app, go to the forum and check that:
        • In the admin message you see the button (it won't action/click) it will display just in grey color
        • In the student message you don't see the button
