      Description

Currently, the marking guide and rubric advanced grading screens only allow plain text in the criterion entry fields. For many subjects e.g. STEM subjects, these would be considerably more useful if they could include rich content such as pictures and tables. For most subjects marking guides require at least underlining to indicate required terms.

The expected workflow would be identical to currently, except that the text boxes for fields such as "description for students" on the marking guide would show the full editing toolbar seen on the description fields and the resulting content would be shown on the marking and feedback screens with additional formatting / content included.
