Textarea field in mod_data doesn't properly display required field indicator

      1. Create a new Database activity
      2. Navigate to the Fields tab
      3. Next to Create a new field select Textarea
      4. Enter a Field name and Field description
      5. Ensure that Required field is checked
      6. Press Add
      7. Navigate to Add entry tab
      8. Confirm presence of required field indicator next to the field you created

      Description

      When working on a database activity recently was asked about making a textarea field required. I noticed that it was already required in the settings and I confirmed that it did force an entry before the form could be submitted; however there was no visual indicator that the field was required unlike the other required fields.

      I tested on multiple versions and confirmed this appears to have been the case since at least Moodle 3.3+ and is still present in the latest 3.6 release.
