Messaging: Cog view settings icon doesn't show when the scrollbar appears with mouse or trackpad in MacOS+Chrome

      If you are using MacOS with Chrome and you have setup to show scrollbars based on mouse or trackpad then the cog icon for view settings remain below the scrollbars.

      You need to setup is configured to show scrollbars. (In macos: System preferences -> general > Show scrollbars : Always) to work without this behaviour.
