This is a follow-up of MDL-64376 where the scrolling in the recently accessed courses block has been changed / improved. Unfortunately, the changes from MDL-64376 were not applied to the recently accessed items block, that's why both blocks behave now inconsistently.

I would like to propose to apply the changes from MDL-64376 to the recently accessed courses items as well.
