Style calendar upcoming events view

      Setup

      You need a course, with a couple of groups.
      Make sure the setting calendar_adminseesall is enabled.

      1. Log in as admin and go to Calendar.
      2. Click New event and add a User event.
      3. Now, add another event this time a Site event.
      4. Repeat that for other event types: Course, Category and Group.
      5. Go to the course, create an assigment setting the fields:
        • Allow submissions from to 1 day in the past.
        • Due date to today.
        • Remind me to grade by to 1 day in the future.
      6. Now go to Dashboard and add the Upcoming events block.
      Testing day view.
      1. Still logged as admin, go to Calendar.
      2. Open another window in your browser go to Calendar as well and click in the link of the day you have created the events for.
      3. Now, you'll need to compare both views and make sure the events in the day view are displayed really similar to the month view.
      4. So, click in one of the event to open the summary modal, look on the other window (day view)
      5. Make sure both events looks similar and the information displayed are also consistent across both views.
      6. Click on other events, and compare against the time view, in all cases they should look similar.

      1. In that other browser window go to Dashboard, find the Upcoming events block.
      2. Click on Go to Calendar link to go to the Upcoming view.
      3. Now similar to the previous test, you'll need to compare both views and make sure the events in the upcoming view matches the summary modal.
      4. So in one window, click in one of the event to open the summary modal, look on the other window (upcoming view).
      5. Make sure both events looks similar and the information displayed are also consistent across both views.

      Description

      It seems that we did not update the calendar upcoming events view after switching to bs4 stable themes.

      The new upcoming activities due insight in 3.7 will be forwarding users to this page so it would be great to make it look aligned with other bs4-powered pages.

      It seems that it lacks some alignment between the activity name and the date. There are nother minor visual issues like the missing margin for the body.
