      Description

It would be a good idea have a setting at the Module level letting the course designer to skip the Course Structure Screen, and to redirect the student/user right to the content. This is useful when a SCORM package consist of only one SCO.

At the same time, the SCORM Course Structure screen provides feedback for the final user on what SCOs are incomplete/complete. So even if the SCORM consists of only 1 SCO, we still must give the option to display the course structure page as it can be used to show the state.

However, if the SCORM package consists of 2 or more SCOs, the Course Structure page is useful as this allows users to choose the SCO to be launched.

I'd love to see this in 1.7.

You can't to do this when multi attempts, preview and review mode are enabled by teacher.

We can auto launch you single sco package with only one attempt and without preview and review.

The scorms index page already show scorms state and also the player page.
Any idea on how we can add the option to display the course structure or a user report page ?

        Good point Bobo,

Teacher could have an option to skip the content structure page. If this setting is enabled, other options could be disabled (same as the IMS CP setting page). I mean, if teacher chooses to skip the content structure page, then options for review/preview could be disabled.

However the "skip content structure" could only be applied or executed for the student's first attempt, this way a student can access the SCORM content as soon as he clicks on the SCORM icon in the course, and since it only affects the first attempt, in a second or third attempt, the student will be taken to the course structure where state will be displayed, with the normal course structure page.
