- Test with Boost (and also Classic for master).
- In a course with activities in it, go to Cog menu → Gradebook setup (Boost) / Block "Administration" → Course administration → Gradebook setup (Classic)
- If there is no additional category, under Setup → Gradebook setup create a new category. Wait that it recalculates.
- Verify the "Move selected items to" pulldown menu has the Bootstrap classes and looks the same as other pulldown menus (in Firefox it is easy to see the difference).

A pulldown menu has not the required Bootstrap classes.
