Review different up/down arrows used in core, aiming for consistency and accesibility

      Description

      This comes from MDL-65071 where 2 new up/down (sorting) arrows are being added to sort discussions.

      Right now we are using different arrow symbols (triangles, arrows...) in different places in the UI. This is issue is about:

      1) consider if we should normalize all them (same look).
      2) review if their usability is the same (same default, same saved status...)
      3) review if all them are accesible.
