RecordRTC Begin Recording works only once per page reload

When using the Atto toolbar to add an audio annotation to the assignment grading page with the Needs Grading filter, the Start Recording button ceases functioning after the first student. The page must be refreshed after saving to record an annotation for the (former) second and later students.
