Create a site with 2 users in the same course

Log in as one of the users

Click the message drawer toggle in the nav bar

CONFIRM that the message drawer opens

Search for the other user

Send them a message

Navigate around the message drawer a bit more

Go to /message/index.php and repeat the above testing

When using IE11, nothing happens when the message icon is clicked.

It's working properly in the latest weekly for 3.6.
