- Log into the site as admin
- Go to the manage editors admin page and move TinyMCE to the top of the list (so it's used by default)
- Site administration > Plugins > Text editors > Manage editors
- Add a new course
- In the TinyMCE editor for the "course summary" toggle the fullscreen mode
- CONFIRM that the editor goes to full screen mode and isn't frozen
- Toggle back out of full screen mode
- CONFRIM that the page isn't frozen

Description
Setting the TinyMCE editor in full screen mode causes the web pace to freeze, and you can do nothing on the site.
I have set this issue to "Must fix for 3.7", while it will cause loss of the user's work if the full screen mode is chosen after entering text in the editor.
