'Send forum post notifications with no editing-time delay' not visible in 'Advanced' forum post page

      1. Log in as Admin
      2. Create a Course.
      3. Create a Forum in the Course
      4. Go to the Forum.
      5. Add a Discussion.
        • Choose the advanced form
      6. In the "Add new discussion" page
        • make sure you can see the 'Send forum post notifications with no editing-time delay' setting.
      7. Add the discussion in the Forum.
      8. Go to the forum's discussions list page
      9. Go to the discussion you've previously added.
      10. Add a reply to the Discussion.
        • Choose the advanced form
      11. In the "Add reply" page
        • make sure you can see the 'Send forum post notifications with no editing-time delay' setting.

      When a user creates a new topic or reply to an existing post and click on 'Advanced' options, all possible options should be visible for users with 'moodle/course:manageactivities' capability. But 'Send forum post notifications with no editing-time delay' option is not visible in Advanced post page anymore.

      It seems $inpagereply should be false, but is true.
