Prerequisites.

A course with a forum activity

A teacher enrolled in the course.

Testing Instructions

As a teacher, go to the forum activity

Create 2 discussions: D1 and D2.

In the forum page, lock D1 using the discussion tools menu(i.e. click the '...' button)

Confirm a lock icon appears on D1 next to the subscribe button

Confirm a lock icon does not appear on D2

Reload the page and confirm #4 and #5

Unlock D1 using the discussion tools menu

Confirm the lock icon disappears from it's original location

As per spec, the discussion list should indicate where a discussion is locked.
