      course forum and discussions

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to "Site home"
      3. Create a new forum
      4. Copy the URL
      5. Create a discussion within the forum
      6. Log out
      7. Open the URL you stored
        1. Confirm you can still view the site level forum and its discussion"
      8. Login as admin
      9. Navigate to "Site administration" and search for "forcelogin"
      10. Set it to true
      11. In a course (new or existing), create a new forum
      12. Create a new discussion
      13. View the discussion
      14. Copy the URL
      15. Log out
      16. Open the URL you stored
        1. Confirm that you were redirected to the login page
      17. Login as admin
        1. Confirm that, after login, you're redirected to the discussion.

    Description

      When not logged in and viewing a discussion link, we now get the following instead of a redirection to login page.
      "You do not have the permission to view discussions in this forum"
