Login into the platform

Go to User account > Edit profile

Set "musica" into "List of interests"

Save with "Update profile" button

Edit profile again

Add "música" into "List of interests"

Save with "Update profile" button

The error is showed

An error happen when a tag with accent is added if other equal tag exist without accent. Por example: "música"/"musica".

The error is by the "tag_tagnam_uix" index.

An error message example:

Duplicate entry '1-música' for key 'mdl_tag_tagnam_uix'

Using utf8mb4_unicode_ci (recomended by Moodle - https://docs.moodle.org/36/en/MySQL_full_unicode_support) and MySQL.
