Can not edit custom fields category name right after it was added

      1. As admin go to Site administration>Courses>Custom fields
      2. Make sure there are no fields and categories (or remove everything and refresh)
      3. Create a category
      4. Without refreshing the page try to edit its name, it should work
      5. Add some fields
      6. Make sure you can drag&drop fields to change the order
      7. Add more categories
      8. Make sure you can drag&drop both fields and categories to change the order

      This only happens for the first category. When it is added the quick edit link (pencil) does not work
