Ticking private reply in quick reply, then moving to advanced editor loses the TIck

      Prerequisites:

      1. A course with a forum activity and a discussion created
      2. A teacher enrolled in the course.

      Testing instructions:

      1. Login in as a teacher
      2. Go to the discussion created within the forum
      3. Click reply and enter a response
      4. Check the "Private reply" checkbox
      5. Click the "Advanced" link
      6. Confirm the "Private reply" checkbox is ticked
